Patients deciding on a procedure are under-educated, and they go looking. Before they book, and often before they even reach out, they want to see everything they can: how this surgeon performs a tummy tuck, how they approach a breast lift, the kind of character they bring to the work, who the person behind the practice really is. Most of that research happens on long-form video, and most practices give them nothing to find. So we built BodybyRavi a library of long-form procedure videos shaped around exactly those questions. It converts patients while they are still deciding, and it keeps working as an asset for the practice for years.

We embedded with the practice and turned the surgeon's expertise into the content patients are already searching for. We captured the procedures they ask about most, explained the way they would be in a real consult, and shaped a signature film for the website and the lobby. Then we put that work where the research actually happens, so the next person weighing this decision meets the surgeon long before the appointment, and the practice owns every asset for good.

MyHoustonSurgeons is a multi-surgeon plastic and reconstructive practice that needed more than a group brand. Each surgeon had to feel like a person patients could trust before they ever walked in. Luma built an individual content library for every doctor: photography, video, and website assets tailored to their specialty, their voice, and the procedures they're known for.

We're on-site every month, capturing both sides of the practice. Talking-head videos break down common procedures in each surgeon's own words, answering the question a patient is quietly Googling at 11pm. Then we scrub in: real-time footage from the OR, framed with the restraint the subject matter demands, showing the craft behind the results.

Every shoot day produces a month of organic social, rethreaded into email campaigns, YouTube, and paid media. One monthly capture feeds every channel the practice needs to stay in front of Houston, and patients arrive already loyal to a specific surgeon, not just a logo.
