Each surgeon had to feel like a person patients could trust before they ever walked in. Luma built an individual content library for every doctor: photography, video, and website assets tailored to their specialty, their voice, and the procedures they're known for.
We're on-site every month, capturing both sides of the practice. Talking-head videos break down common procedures in each surgeon's own words, answering the question a patient is quietly Googling at 11pm. Then we scrub in: real-time footage from the OR, framed with the restraint the subject matter demands, showing the craft behind the results.
Every shoot day produces a month of organic social, rethreaded into email campaigns, YouTube, and paid media. One monthly capture feeds every channel the practice needs to stay in front of Houston, and patients arrive already loyal to a specific surgeon, not just a logo.
