What a Monthly Content Shoot Looks Like
SEPTEMBER 2026
ONE DAY. ONE MONTH OF CONTENT.
Surgeons ask the same question before they sign.
“How much of my day does this take?”
Forty-five minutes to an hour. The rest is ours.
Here is the whole day.
The shoot is planned before anyone picks up a camera.
Two weeks out:
• We pull the procedures you want to push
• We write a shot list and a question list
• We schedule around your OR and clinic blocks

BEFORE WE ARRIVE
8:00 AM. SETUP.
We arrive before your first patient.
While you start your day:
• Lighting goes up in the consult room
• B-roll of the lobby and treatment rooms
• Staff intros, thirty seconds each
You have not been on camera yet.

10:00 AM. YOUR HOUR.
This is the only part that needs you.
What we film:
• Two or three procedure explainers
• Answers to the five questions patients ask
• One meet-the-surgeon piece if we need it
• No script. You answer like you would in a consult.
Forty-five minutes, sometimes an hour.
Then, with consent, we scrub in:
• Real-time footage of the procedure
• Hands, instruments, technique
• The team working
This is the footage no remote agency has.

AFTERNOON. EVERYTHING ELSE.
The surgeon is done. We keep going.
Staff can work around us. We stay out of the way.
What we capture:
• Injector and nurse content for the med spa side
• Product and room stills for the website
• Patient testimonials, if any are scheduled
We pack up around four.

WHAT ONE DAY PRODUCES
One shoot, run through every channel.
Nothing gets used once.
Delivered over the month:
• Two or three long-form procedure videos
• Twelve to twenty short-form cuts
• Color-graded stills from the footage
• Email and blog content built from the videos
You approve each piece from your phone.

WHY IT WORKS
Most practices create content backwards. They post first and plan never.
• One planned day
• One hour of your time
• A month of content that says the same thing
That consistency is what patients notice, and what search engines and AI tools reward.
